Job Description

As a Bell Attendant, you will serve as an essential front-line representative of our hospitality team, responsible for creating positive first impressions and ensuring exceptional guest service throughout their stay. This position requires professional dedication to guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

• Provide professional welcome and greeting to arriving guests
• Facilitate effective communication between guests, staff, and Tour Escorts to ensure operational efficiency
• Prepare and maintain accurate room lists for arriving and departing groups
• Operate bell carts with proper technique and professional care
• Escort guests to their rooms while managing luggage transport professionally
• Address and resolve guest concerns through appropriate problem-solving methods
• Assist guests with show reservations, tour bookings, and flight arrangements
• Coordinate car rental services for guests as requested
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of bell stand and luggage storage areas
• Collaborate with Security personnel to report suspicious luggage or activities
• Execute additional duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate required
• Previous experience as a bellman in a Hotel/Casino environment preferred but not required
• Must be capable of extended periods of standing and walking, with approximately 90% of shift time spent on feet
• Strong professional demeanor and excellent communication skills with fluency in English required
• Demonstrated ability to safely operate bell carts and lift/carry items weighing up to 75 pounds
• Proven track record of efficiency and attention to time-sensitive tasks
• Exceptional attention to detail and situational awareness
• Must maintain a professional appearance in accordance with company standards
• Required gaming certifications and licenses must be obtained and maintained as per regulatory requirements
