ABOUT THE ROLE

You don’t need to know how everything works here at The Braid Lounge before applying. We’ll train and upskill you on our braiding and twisting strategies and processes. We’ll also look forward to hearing your input and ideas to improve what we currently do.

Your Job:

• Start as a Braid Assistant , mastering prep work, assisting senior braiders, and learning techniques.
• Progress to producing high-quality braids for our sophisticated clients.
• Enjoy the fun and bubbly part of your job, sharing your work on socials because it builds your personal brand… and ours. Win:Win.
• Track your performance and create a culture of winning for clients, yourself, and our salon.
