A leading entertainment marketing team is seeking an experienced and creative Senior Writer/Producer to help drive video content for primetime comedy, drama, and unscripted series. This hands-on role is ideal for a collaborative storyteller with a strong background in writing, producing, and editing. The ideal candidate brings sharp creative instincts, leadership skills, and the ability to manage campaigns from concept to delivery.
Develop compelling multi-platform creative ideas aligned with brand and campaign objectives
Lead projects from ideation to final delivery, including writing scripts, managing editorial workflows, and overseeing graphics, finishing, and scheduling
Create and present pitch decks for launches and campaigns to senior creatives, editors, designers, and talent
Coordinate production schedules and booking logistics in collaboration with operations teams
Work closely with cross-functional teams (editorial, graphics, marketing strategy, and social media) to produce promotional content across all media formats—broadcast, digital, social, and streaming
Edit in Adobe Premiere and guide post-production sessions
Direct editors and voiceover talent during production
Identify and manage external production resources as needed
Provide creative mentorship to junior team members including Writer/Producers and Associate Producers
8+ years of experience producing promos for TV networks, trailer houses, or creative agencies
Proven track record developing 360 campaigns for scripted and unscripted series
Strong copywriting skills and experience supervising edits
Proficiency with editing workflows and post-production systems
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
Solid grasp of branding, campaign strategy, and audience engagement
In-depth understanding of production processes from pre to post
Excellent collaboration and communication skills
Experience creating content for social media and digital platforms
Portfolio or reel required with application
Team-oriented and proactive, with a strong sense of initiative
Adaptable to shifting priorities and timelines
Strong storytelling and writing chops
Willingness to work flexible hours or weekends for key production deadlines
Highly organized with strong follow-through
