If you’ve been a top performer selling phones, furniture, or knocking out B2B deals, but you’re capped on income or burned out from nights, weekends, and holidays—we’ve got a better path.

What You Bring:

  • Sales experience in B2B or B2C (think wireless, retail, door-to-door, etc.)
  • You’ve hit or exceeded goals in past roles—but want more earning potential
  • You’re good with people, sharp on the phone, and quick to follow up
  • You’re coachable, hungry, and thick-skinned in the best way
  • You’re already licensed in Property & Casualty insurance (required)

We offer a sign-on bonus after hire to reimburse your licensing costs (plus a little extra).

What You’ll Do:

  • Quote and sell personal lines policies (auto, home, umbrella)
  • Handle occasional service needs for your clients
  • Work warm leads from internet, walk-ins, transfers, and referrals
  • Track your pipeline in our CRM (AgencyZoom)
  • Get real-time coaching and sales support to sharpen your skills

You’ll quote your own business—because speed closes deals. Once you’re producing consistently, quoting support becomes an option.
