As Director of Clinical Recruiting, you will collaborate with executive leadership to shape and execute talent acquisition strategies for our rapidly growing clinical team. You’ll oversee a high-performing team of leads and recruiters, drive operational excellence, and ensure we attract and retain top-tier talent who share our mission. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the leadership team to align clinical hiring strategies with company goals. Manage and support 3 Leads and a team of 30+ recruiters to meet ambitious hiring targets. Deliver weekly reports and data-driven insights to ensure sub-teams are meeting objectives. Optimize recruiting processes to reduce time-to-fill and increase conversion rates. Lead initiatives to refine clinical competency assessments and improve quality-of-hire. Work cross-functionally with Care Strategy, HR, Finance, and other departments to streamline requisition approvals and assignments. Champion Charlie Health’s values throughout all recruitment processes. Explore and implement innovative sourcing strategies to broaden the talent pipeline. Qualifications: 8–12+ years of experience in talent acquisition. Minimum 5 years leading a recruiting team of 10+ individuals. Proven ability to collaborate with and report to executive stakeholders. Authorization to work in the U.S.; fluent/native-level English proficiency. Strong analytical and data-reporting skills; Excel fluency preferred. Hands-on experience managing ATS platforms and recruitment systems. Track record of performance accountability and process improvement in high-volume environments. Excellent interpersonal, cross-functional, and communication skills. Effective project management skills in dynamic, fast-paced settings. Able to work a hybrid schedule (4 days/week onsite) within 75 minutes of NYC.
