Requirement:
Significant Scrum Master experience , as well as strong fundamentals in advanced scrum team analytics , using project management tools like Azure DevOps .
Significant experience leading agile development teams and facilitating delivery in an Agile environment .
A minimum of 7 years+ years experience as a dedicated Scrum Master working for a large enterprise .
A minimum of 15 years of total experience in a project environment as a PM or a project team member, with at least half of that experience in large enterprises.
Active CSM Certification (SAFe Scrum Master preferred).
Experience with strategic communication and execution is a plus.
Desired, not required:
Experience running agile teams in the Enterprise Security space.
Financial industry project experience.
