About the Role
As a Senior Product Manager – Payments, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategy, roadmap, and execution of our core stablecoin and payments products. You will work closely with cross-functional design and engineering teams to deliver scalable, compliant, and innovative financial infrastructure that empowers our enterprise clients to seamlessly move value via fiat, crypto, and stablecoins.

The ideal candidate understands the unique challenges and transformative potential of programmable money and digital asset settlement. You are highly analytical, an excellent communicator, and capable of translating macro trends and regulatory complexity into product execution. Responsibilities

• Develop and articulate a clear product vision and roadmap for the payments product stack in alignment with company goals.
• Help define and prioritize the product roadmap based on market trends, customer feedback, and business objectives.
• Participate in all stages of the product life cycle, from conception through launch, and ensure continuous delivery of valuable solutions to our customers.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product decisions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging technologies.
• Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-quality products.
• Ensure alignment and effective communication across all teams.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings and workshops to drive product development.
• Set and track key performance metrics to measure product success.
• Analyze product performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Implement data-driven decision-making processes.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years experience in Product Management, specifically building Payments products.
• Strong background in FinTech, payments, blockchain, or financial markets, with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in these sectors.
• Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.
• Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts with engineering teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas into clear, concise, and actionable tasks.
• Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies and tools, particularly Jira
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills – you can string together a SQL query
• Experience with testing/integrating to APIs

Preferred

• Experience building stablecoin wallets, payment rails, or settlement platforms
  
• Background in FX, cross-border settlement, or treasury management
  
• Experience in a fast-paced startup environment
