Senior Production Scheduler
Pay: $70,000 – $75,000/year (Direct Hire)
Location: Joplin, MO
Schedule: Full-time

Stand-By Personnel is seeking a Senior Production Scheduler for a direct hire opportunity with a leading manufacturing company in Joplin, MO. This role is ideal for candidates with strong experience in project scheduling and hands-on expertise using Primavera P6 . What You’ll Do as a Senior Production Scheduler:

• Manage production control operations, including planning, scheduling, and cross-department coordination.
• Create and monitor manufacturing orders for assigned projects.
• Maintain detailed production schedules and shop capacity reports.
• Lead weekly schedule review meetings with multiple departments.
• Support proposal schedules and capacity planning for the sales team.
• Communicate project status and proactively resolve scheduling issues.

What You Bring to the Senior Production Scheduler Role:

• 5+ years of experience scheduling capital projects.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Familiarity with MRP/ERP systems.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• High School Diploma required; Associate’s Degree preferred.
• PMP certification and EVM knowledge are considered a bonus.
