Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Location: Remote
Type: Full-Time EST time zone
Type of contract: Independent contractor agreement
Salary range: 1.400 - 1.700 USD/m

We are a leading healthcare solutions provider, seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving our growth by identifying, engaging, and nurturing potential clients while helping us expand our reach in the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect Generation: Identify and research potential clients using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and similar platforms.
  • Outbound Outreach: Initiate and maintain outreach efforts through cold calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn messaging to build relationships with prospective clients.
  • Qualify Leads: Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs, qualify leads, and schedule meetings for the sales team.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and prospect details in HubSpot (or Salesforce).
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align outreach strategies with campaigns and company goals.
  • Tech Savviness: Utilize sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach.io, SalesLoft) to streamline communication and track engagement metrics.
  • Insights Sharing: Provide feedback to the team on lead quality and outreach effectiveness to refine strategies.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a Sales Development Representative or similar role, preferably in SaaS, healthcare, or tech.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a knack for crafting compelling messages.
  • Tech Stack Familiarity:
    • CRM: HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
    • Prospecting Tools: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Seamless.AI.
    • Outreach Platforms: Outreach.io, SalesLoft.
    • Collaboration: Slack, Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets).
  • Driven Personality: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to grow within a fast-paced environment.
  • Healthcare Interest: Passion for healthcare innovation and improving patient outcomes is a plus.
