Under direction, serves as the Training Coordinator for the Office of Integrated Eligibility System (IES). As Training Coordinator, monitors, directs, develops, trains, and coordinates the Office of IES strategic training plan. Develops, revises, and delivers training programs, tools, and other resources to ensure employee developmental needs are met or to inform of changes to policies and technology using a variety of tools, such as Webex, PowerPoint and CBL. Gathers data from units through meetings, questionnaires, etc. to determine training needs, efficacy, and optimum delivery medium. Develops and maintains a liaison relationship with other training entities and arranges available training. Develops a communication system with unit supervisors which disseminates information quickly and accurately. Travels in the performance of duties.

Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties enumerated above.
Requires knowledge, skill, and mental development equivalent to completion of four (4) years college with course work in a social or human services field.
Requires three (3) years progressively responsible administrative experience in a health or human services organization.
Three (3) years of professional experience in training development and delivery for a public or private organization.
Three (3) years of professional experience working in employee development and training theories, methods, and techniques as are current.
Two (2) years of professional experience writing with meaning and clarity in presenting facts, figures, symbols, ideas, theories, concepts, analogies in a manner that achieves comprehension.
One (1) year of professional experience working with the organizations and responsibilities of state and local governments.
One (1) year of professional experience articulating subjects with word usages that have meaning and to translate specialist/technical terms to understandable terms.
One (1) year of professional experience using templates, lettering guides and other mechanical aids in preparation of instructional materials.
Requires basic proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
Requires the ability to work overtime and/or outside of regular business hours.
Requires basic proficiency in WebEx.
Requires ability to travel in the performance of duties, with overnight stays as appropriate.
